Malas Palabras is a 24 page risograph zine of photography by Tania Ordoñez taken over the course of 2025. Exploring friendship, womanhood, resistance, music, and fashion, Tania draws inspiration from films, especially sci-fi and horror. Malas Palabras captures romance and strength through black and white portraiture. Ordoñez's use of surroundings, style, and framing grants the viewer access to a personal world while leaving room for mystery and interpretation. I feel honored to publish this zine and share Tania's work with the world.
